These terms and conditions govern the way in which we supply products to you, including any e-learning courses.
Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you : who we are; how we will provide products to you; how you and we can change or end the contract; what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are hereby reserved.
CritiLearn Academy is an academy to provide medical education for doctors / nurses/ paramedic via e-learning courses. We also offer on-site training for hands-on workshops and CMEs.
The courses are paid in either Indian Rupee (INR) or USD, and the fees may vary as per ypur location and other factors. We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services.
We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt /modify or reschedule any course/program/service. All offerings are subject to the Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections below.
As some of our Services may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device, you agree that we may automatically update this software, and that these Terms will apply to such updates also.
Please read these Terms carefully and contact us you have any questions. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms. You agree to review this agreement periodically to ensure that you are aware of any amendments to this agreement, which may be made at any time Refunds are not allowed once registration and payment formalities done through proper channel.
Privacy Policy
Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non- exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. You may access our Services only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you obtain written permission from us to otherwise use the content. You also agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, and you will not share with any third-party access to or access information for your account. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
You Are Not Allowed To:
- Share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
- Attempt to access any other user's account.
- Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from our Services, unless specifically authorized to do so.
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems, unless specifically authorized to do so.
- Break or circumvent our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, unless specifically authorized to do so.
- Try to reverse engineer any portion of our Services.
- Try to interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.
- Use our Services to distribute malware.
- Use our Services to distribute malware.
- Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.
Shipping/Delivery
In consideration of your payment, we hereby grant you a licence to use the purchased e-learning courses (“the Products”). This licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and is subject to the rights and obligations granted under these Terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We have a secure and hassle-free payment gateway in place. Customers can use this payment gateway to make payments to avail our services. Most of the services we offer fall under the services industry. All payments made by customers are service charges against the chosen service from the website/web app/mobile app. As such, we do not offer any returns on any of our services. However, we do offer refunds and cancellations (80% of the paid amount if paid directly without any discount or the promotional campaigns ) based on certain conditions if you request for the same within 48 hours of Payment\
We do not offer any refunds for cancellations made after customer has availed the service and discontinued after initial attendance of online classes and access to reading materials registration and payment have been made. However, in special cases such as factual errors, duplicate payments, mistaken denominations, and other inaccurate payment deductions where the payee faces unreasonable loss, we offer refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason whatsoever, as we deem fit.
All refunds will only be made to the same account or card from which payments were made initially. Refunds will only be processed after a thorough verification process related to the credentials of the account holder.
Any extra charges borne by the customer such as bank transaction fees, service fees or processing fees will not be refunded.
We do not entertain multiple return requests for the same order. Customers requesting for multiple refunds will be blocked from accessing our website.
We do not pay any interest on refunds.
We will not be held responsible if the customer fails to receive our communication due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.
We do not entertain refunds for any registrations made during discounted or promotional campaigns.
While we have taken utmost care to ensure that our payment gateway is secure, we do not guarantee or represent that using our services will not result in unauthorized data use or theft of data online .No liability in the event of unauthorized data theft on the Company. We use the services of a third-party payment service provider for our online payment gateway.
We and our payment service provider do not assume any liability for any type of damage, monetary or otherwise that a customer may suffer due to any delay, interruption, corruption or failure of information transmission during payment.
Any dispute, difference or question arising out of any monetary transaction by the customer shall be settled amicably between the Parties, failing which the same shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1999 and the place of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The number of arbitrators will be one (1) who shall be appointed by the Company. The arbitration award will be final and binding on both the Parties. The award will be enforceable by decree of any competent court in Mumbai Metropolitan. Either Party may initiate arbitration on an issue by tendering thirty (30) days’ notice to the other Party. This Agreement shall be governed by laws in India and subject to the above- mentioned arbitration clause, the City Civil Court, Mumbai Metropolitan shall have sole and exclusive jurisdictions for settling the disputes arising under this Agreement.
We reserve the right to update the contents of this Refunds and Cancellation policy from time to time without prior notice. Make sure to keep updated before you register for any of our services.
